Steps
to save my marriage
Are you
asking youself "How can I save my marriage?"Here are the eight steps to
save a marriage. A complete recipe for peace.
Atonement
Literally,
a setting at one. Reconciliation; restoration of friendly relations;
agreement; concord.
Save my Marriage 8 unique steps to healing.
1.Someone
must point out the wrong.
Both
parties can do this. The key to doing this is to use “good voice”. Take
into consideration what your intent maybe for pointing out the wrong.
When your thought is to have real healing and resolution good voice
will come through.
2.
Acknowledgment of the wrong.
Admittance
is important to feel justice.
3.
Confess the fault, first to God, then to those offended.
This is
where you are asking for forgiveness. Who first to ask for mercy than
the Master of mercy.
4.
Repentance, a feeling of remorse or contrition or shame for the past
conduct, which was wrong and sinful.
This is
not so much an act then it is the emotion in the actions and words of
the offender. We want to feel the remorse and shame from the offender.
5.
Atonement, meaning to make amends and reparations for the wrong.
This can
take the form in a demonstration to sincere words expressed. Do a part
to give back what was taken from those offended.
6.
Forgiveness by the offended party. To cease the feeling of offense and
resentment against another for the harm done.
The
mistake that is made here, is that when an apology is rendered it
should make the pain cease if it is sincere. What it really lets you
know is that you are cared for by someone you love. We decide to let go
and move forward or we decide to hold on to the pain and allow our
relationships to become stagnate.
7.
Reconciliation and restoration, meaning to become friendly and
peaceable again.
There is
hard work in the restoration of something as delicate as a relationship
on the mend. Work forward with deliberate thought.
8.
Perfect Union.
For where
two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst
of them. What a union.
Take
these eight steps and answer your question "How can I save my marriage?
Use them as often as needed. Practice makes perfect. Be careful of your
thoughts and stop the PartyPooper
